What area do you service?

Are your cleaning staff background checked and trained?

Yes, all of our cleaning staff are thoroughly background checked and trained to ensure the safety and security of your home.

Can you accommodate for special requests or allergies?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate any special requests or allergies you may have. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Do you supply all necessary cleaning equipment and products?

You bet! We come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning equipment and products to get the job done.

What is your cancellation policy?

 We understand that things come up, but just so we're on the same page - we require 24 hours (1 day) notice for cancellation. Cancellations with less notice may result in a fee.

Are you insured?

Yes, we've got that covered too! We're fully insured and licensed for your peace of mind.

How do you handle key or access to my home?

We'll arrange to pick up a key from you or arrange a different way to access the property.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

You know it! We offer recurring cleaning services to make your life a little bit easier.

How do you handle payment?

We will send you an invoice through email on the day of the cleaning. Payments are due within 3 days of receiving your invoice.

Pet Policy?

We are open and accepting of pets. Please do add this in the comments section of your booking or let us know ahead of your appointment.
