Terms and Services of Our Cleanings
By scheduling services with Pristine Cleaning Services you agree to the terms of service
Hours of Operation
Our office hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm
Our cleaning schedule will follow the same hours of operation. We strive to arrive on time for the scheduled service. If our cleaner will be more than 15 mins past the scheduled time we will contact you. Due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic or a delay in the service prior to yours there maybe times we are running late.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel service we ask for 24 hour notice prior to the service. If this notice is not given a $35 charge will be invoiced to you. If we are unable to enter the home when we arrive for the scheduled service a $35 charge will be invoiced to you. If we have to cancel we will give a 24 hour notice to you. If we cancel and do not give this notice a $35 credit will be issued for your next service. We reserve the right to cancel service after entering the home and the conditions of the home are unfit for cleaning. We reserve the right to cancel service if any infestation is found on property.
Products
We provide all the products and equipment needed to clean your home. Products used are eco-friendly and safe for residential cleaning. On occasion there may be heavy buildup or stains that require us to use products that are not eco-friendly, these are only used when needed. And we will let you know when they are used. They are still safe for residential cleaning, just not as eco-friendly. If there is a product you would like us to use in your home please leave it out for us and let us know and we will accommodate that want.
Payment
On the day of cleaning you will be emailed an invoice and full payment is due within 3 business days of invoice. A $25 late fee will be added after the 3rd day. If paying by check and the check is returned a $35 processing fee will be charged and late fees may be applied. We will notify clients of any price increases, we reserve the right to change prices as needed.
Estimate
We will provide an estimate in home with the client prior to service. This estimate is good for 30 days after the consult date with the understanding of the conditions of the home remain the same.
Weather
We strive to make it to your home, however when the roads are unsafe to travel we will call to reschedule your service. We will reschedule at the earliest opportunity for you and us.
Satisfaction Promise
If you are unhappy with anything from your service please contact us within 24 hours so we may have the opportunity to make it right. If you choose not to notify us in that time or correct any issues on your own we will not have the opportunity to correct it and will not compensate you for correcting it.
Movement of Furniture
When the need comes to move furniture we are not responsible for damage to the furniture due to age/old or faulty manufacturing of the furniture. We are not responsible for damages to floor due to movement of furniture. If you would prefer to move the furniture or appliances your self please do so prior to service. We will not move any furniture with electronics on them.
Concerns in Home
We will notify you during service if any concerns are found in home. These are damages not caused by us by found during service. These include but are not limited to: damages in home, damages to furniture or appliances, damaged light fixtures and fans, stains that can not be removed, unsafe cleaning areas due to damages (ex. broken toilet/shower doors), or any other areas not able to be cleaned due to safety concerns.
